If no appointment inside your date window is booked before that window closes, your payment is returned in full — no form, no argument.

Why the difference? Some tests carry government charges and some don't — a first G2 was prepaid inside the G1 package, and a test you booked yourself is already paid for. Whatever yours needs is already inside the number above; the full breakdown is in our terms. We verify your situation against your DriveTest record before you pay, so the price you see is the price.

Where every dollar goes

Our fee is the same $49.00 in every case. The only thing that moves is the government examination fee your particular test carries — and if you have already booked your test yourself, you have already paid it, so we do not charge it again.

Why a first-time G2 is so much cheaper. Your first G2 road test attempt was already paid for inside the $159.75 G1 package. Services charging $110–$160 for it are billing you a second time for a fee you have already settled. We don't, which is why our first-time G2 is $49.00 rather than triple that.
